How to repost images to the Oggl feed

Last Updated: Aug 20, 2013 12:03PM EDT
Hey there!

From time to time an image may not properly post to the Oggl feed. This could be caused by networks conditions, server traffic etc. It's possible that when this happens, the image becomes flagged as 'Already Shared' in your Oggl gallery. That's intended to let you know which images you've already shared but causes an issue when your upload didn't work and you want to reshare that image.

If you've encountered a situation where an image didn't upload as expected, please give these steps a try:

1. Find the photo in your Oggl library

2. Tap to view it, then tap the 'trash' icon

3. When prompted, choose to "Remove from Oggl"  (<B>NOTE:</B>  Do *not* pick the other options, which will be "Remove from Library" and "Remove Everywhere" – if there is no "Remove From Oggl" option then tap to "Cancel" so you don't lose the photo. And in that case, please create a new thread here on GS, so that we can investigate your case individually.)

4. Tap to share the image again

This will effectively "reset" the photo's status on Oggl, which will then allow it to be uploaded again.

As noted in Step 3, if these instructions don't work for you, simply cancel out of the Remove from Oggl option and open a new thread here in the support forum.
