If you've made any changes to your Apple account, or have begun using a new iTunes ID/email address, it may be confusing as to which iTunes ID was used to make your purchases.
We do not have access to check that information for you. Your iTunes purchase history can only be accessed by yourself and/or Apple.
If you need to restore the app and/or your purchases, but don't know which iTunes ID you used to make them originally, you can check your purchase history using these instructions from the Apple website:
Once you've determined which ID was used to make your purchases originally, make sure that you're signed into your device with that ID before attempting to restore your purchases.
