Some customers have reported problems using the app (starting cameras) when not connected to wi-fi.
We believe the issue may be with cellular access to iCloud. Enabling access on your phone should resolve the issue.
You find that option in the Settings app on your phone:
Settings → iCloud → iCloud Drive → Use Cellular Data (at the very bottom)
Please turn the setting to 'ON' and then try using DSPO again.
